3. Account Registration & Security

Users must register by selecting a unique username, providing a valid email address, and creating a secure password. You also choose a “secret phrase” to facilitate password recovery. During this process, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

All passwords and secret phrases are hashed before storage using industry-standard methods; no plain-text credentials are ever saved. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised or that violate these Terms.

4. Free & Skill-Based Model

Rovk Fantasy offers a 100% free-to-play experience: there are no signup fees, no contest entry fees, and no real-money transactions. All credits, rewards, and badges are virtual.

Our contests are purely skill-based. Outcomes depend on your strategic choices—selecting players, designating captains and vice-captains, and optimizing within your virtual credit budget. There is no element of chance, gambling, or random draws.

All scoring rules and contest formats are published transparently on our Site to ensure fairness and auditable integrity.

5. Points System & Contest Formats

Our detailed scoring system awards points for every run, wicket, catch, and milestone. Captains earn double points, vice-captains 1.5×. For a comprehensive breakdown, see our Points System page.

Available contest types include:

• Head-to-Head: One-on-one matchups for quick results.
• Small Leagues: Groups of 3–50 players for moderate competition.
• Large Tournaments: Open-entry contests with hundreds or thousands of entrants, awarding badges to top percentiles.

All contests are free to enter and follow the same transparent ruleset.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned or licensed by Icon Tax India Private Limited. You may view and interact with this content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and respectful environment, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Cheat, collude, or use automated scripts/bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Post or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with our platform or data.

Violations may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion.
